why don`t you put something like pop-up option, when time of one sessions ends? Sometimes it`s hard to notice, that session has finished. Pop-up window would help a lot.269 votes
Being released very soon!
Though I enjoy the automatic shift between Pomodoros and breaks, I would like to be able to specify if I want a long break after the current Pomodoro.221 votes
This will be rolled out very soon!
I am often listening to music on my android and I miss the notifications for the desktop app. An Android app would be great200 votes
Coming in 2013!
The ticking sound should only be activated during the work time period, to remind the user to focus on his or her work. The ticking sound is not really necessary during the break time of the user.104 votes
The simplicity of this program is a huge assist, but the point is to give me visual and audio cues to focus on that which I can accomplish in 25 minutes. Without an equally simple way to display that task, and thus quickly judge at the end of the 25 whether I've accomplished it, I'm going to be constantly harking back to what the heck it is I was supposed to be doing. If the point is to focus on the incremental tasks at hand and forget the whole momentarily, I'm not going to be doing this unless I open up yet another program to type what that is- which defeats to minimalism of this program. Allowing the option of some short task notation to display with the timer would be much better.

great idea, we’re reviewing when we can release a feature like this
The current notification sound is only one. It may be work for some, may be not for others. It'd be really nice if there are multiple notification sounds, and the ability to choose which one we'd like to hear at the very end of every session/break.
AFAIK, according to the book, if you interrupt one you should start over.
Thanks for this great app =)72 votes
Thank you for this suggestion. You’re correct, the book does say that you should try and work through any minor interruptions that occur during a pomodoro (Rule: Once a
Pomodoro Begins, It Has to Ring.)
However, if a pomodoro HAS to be stopped, then it must be void.
We are looking into how this could be accommodated in future versions.
When you click it, the session finish and you lose that60 votes
pausing isn’t part of the pomodoro technique that we love, but we are looking at ways to acknowledge that a session has been interrupted!
While the pomodoro/break are running, display the time left on the application task bar instead of the application name, like in pomodairo, so you don't have to switch to the application to see the time-left.
Would be cool also if the time left could be shown on the systray when hovering the application icon.58 votes
It will be great to have a simple log file w/ focus booster activity.. like this:
[datetime] session n1 starts
[datetime] session n1 ends
[datetime] break n2 starts..
[datetime] user resets position
[datetime] app close
It would be great to be able to start and stop the counter from the tray without expanding the app.
Also can you add the number of minutes remaining on the icon (and perhaps make the number blink during the last minute).53 votes
Nice idea! We’ll investigate putting this in.
iOS in 2013!
Any method of greatly reducing the height (similar to winamp), so I can keep it on top of other windows without obstructing anything. The tray thing is OK, but I prefer the horizontal view.43 votes
Nice idea, we have a nice design ready for development and hope to have this in the next version.
this is a lightweight program -- basically a "widget" -- it is not a full blown program like Photoshop or Word.. therefore it should *always* live in the system tray -- never the taskbar -- regardless of whether it is minimized or not.. that would make it "unobtrusive"37 votes
nice idea! We’ll look at making this an option in future releases
For now, when the window is collapsed horizontally and you minimize and restore it, it appears on the same position, but extended horizontally.28 votes
thanks Alejo, I was able to reproduce this error. We’ll look into fixing this ASAP!
